You Said You would start tomorrow

You said you would start tomorrow

But tomorrow has come and gone

Yet you sit in the exact same spot

You sat in once before

No progress made at all today

So you plan to make progress tomorrow

But what's the point of pushing it off?

What's the point in waiting til tomorrow? 

Day by Day by Day you plan

Plan to do something new

Yet you plan to do this tomorrow

But you never follow through

Oh wait until the years pass you by

Because by then you will finally see

That saying you will start tomorrow

Only hindered you indeed

All the things you could have accomplished

But you just kept putting off

You have lost your youth and soon

your clock will finally stop
